Case Study

Their Problem

Shekhar is a Business Coach, facilitator, influencer, and training specialist who works with business owners, CEO’s and business leaders that want their business and their team to thrive and together drive the business forward.

Having run a recent webinar, Shekhar wanted some help in advertising his next one, with the purpose of increasing attendance numbers. Shekhar contacted Smart Office Support to see if we could help him. Following a discussion, where we found out more about the webinar and when it was due to run, we confirmed that we could help.

Our Solution

We created an event on Eventbrite, as well as a LinkedIn event, so that interested parties could easily book onto the webinar. To ensure those who booked had the information they required, we created emails within Eventbrite to automatically send confirmation and joining instructions to those who booked on. Reminder emails were also sent out to remind attendees of the date!

Alongside this a set of LinkedIn posts were created. These ran over the weeks in the run up to the event. Invitations were also sent out to identified contacts who would benefit from this webinar.

The above successfully freed Shekhar’s time and attention away from the admin of getting bums on seats so he could concentrate worry free on content and presentation. There was an increased number of attendees booked to attend this webinar, which was 3 times as many as the previous one.

Services provided:

Process Creation

From the client:

“Many thanks to Rachel for the brilliant job she has done in organising and publicising the webinar. I think she provided a world class service“.
