Their Problem

Luke was looking for help with his emails and some admin support that would allow him to get control of a number of areas of his business as he was expanding. This included: completion of new account forms for suppliers; setting up a Sharepoint site so that he could share information with his team and helping him manage his emails.

Our Solution

We meet weekly with Luke to go through his emails and to pick up tasks that he needs some help with. We tidy up his email so that he can concentrate on the ones that require his attention. Each month we send out the CIS Statements to his contractors, as well as his staff payslips.

We have brought Luke’s email under control so he can focus on his project deliveries and he can leave the monthly CIS Statements and Payslips to us to ensure they are sent out.
