Andrea initially required some help in reaching out to both existing and potential clients following an office move. Subsequently Andrea wanted some cover for her emails whilst she took a holiday to enable her to completely switch off. This was soon extended to keeping an eye on her inbox on a Friday, so she could concentrate on other things. Andrea has since asked us to take control of her diary.
We met with Andrea to better understand her requirements and what systems and tools we would need access to so that we could support her.
Using a template that provide an update on what Andrea had been up to, we emailed all her existing and potential clients to let them know she had moved and to organise a catch up with them.
Following this we covered Andrea’s inbox whilst she took a well-earned holiday with her children. Giving her the opportunity to switch off completely and concentrate enjoying her time with them. We now manage and control her diary. Booking in appointments and ensuring she has time to do other things as well.
The solutions we provided enabled Andrea to confidently ignore her emails when she requires time out, knowing that they are being monitored and any issues raised with her immediately and keeping her on track now with her appointments.
Due to the nature of my work, I am very careful who has access to my clients and emails. When taking a holiday, I rarely can switch off completely and I need support from someone who is used to understanding what is important and what can be ignored. Rachel gave me complete peace of mind when she covered my email account for my holiday earlier this year. She is trustworthy and efficient and I knew I could spend some valuable time with my children and relax for a few hours each day.
