Their Problem
Paul was looking to outsource a number of Virtual PA and Business Admin Support activities as he and his team had little time and lacked some capability to perform these. Areas included: newsletter creation; social media creation and scheduling and ad-hoc tasks on request.
This allows the Astute Safety Consulting team to focus on their areas of expertise.
Our Solution
As part of our discovery call, we talked through what Paul wanted for his social media and his monthly newsletter.
We created 3 sets of generic social media posts, with Astute Safety Consulting’s branding, that could be reused, along with topical and ad hoc posts to intersperse with the generic ones.
For the newsletter we created a template, also with their branding, that we added articles provided by Paul’s team each month and send this out to Astute Safety Consulting’s mailing list.
